TRAINING

I offer a wide variety of training approaches to support clients at all stages. Whether you're looking to lose weight, grow muscle, gain strength, or all of the above - I have you covered. During our time together, you will be put through a series of training phases, depending on your physical background. This means that I will progressively build up your fitness knowledge and capabilities over time, growing from any knowledge and capabilities you may currently have.

NUTRITION

Before concluding our first day together I will be giving you a full nutritional breakdown including recommended daily caloric intake, macronutrients breakdown, and a sample meal plan to get you started on your journey. These breakdowns will be tailored specifically to your goals, whatever they may be, and will be updated periodically as we progress. Alongside this packet, I will be available for all nutritional questions whether they be during our sessions or over SMS afterwards.

HEALTH

My facility boasts one of the only Fit3D full body scanners in Staten Island, NY. This machine is capable of scanning your body from head to toe creating a 3D replica of you complete with circumference measurements accurate to the tenth of an inch, body fat percentage, weight, balance, BMR, and much more. This will allow us to accurately track your progress over time and make extremely accurate and informed decisions on your training/nutrition programs.
